When crafting the perfect look, women always aim to draw attention to their eyes: highlighting their beautiful shape, visually enlarging them, and adding depth and mystery to their gaze. For such refined beauty maneuvers, there are many tricks with various names. For instance, the eye pencil with a tattoo effect. This is the most fashionable and popular tool that allows, with a simple but correctly drawn line, to make the eyes visually larger, adjust their size, shape, and even the depth of the gaze.
The eye pencil with a tattoo effect - Keenwell Eye Liner Effect Tatouage, offers the ability to apply a precise contour. It holds well on the skin, maintains color intensity, and does not smudge. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it allows for quick and beautiful line drawing. Such a decorative cosmetic product is a must-have in your makeup bag!

Draw the outline according to the shape of your eye by making several strokes one after the other, moving from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner.
Application - the brush is soft and glides smoothly on the skin, but it doesn't really draw. I tried to clean it with a makeup remover - it worked fine, no issues there. However, when it comes to actually drawing, the effect is minimal. No matter how much I spit on the brush like in the Soviet times to make it work... As a result, it's impossible to draw a straight line with it.
Longevity - oh, here everything is fine. The color does become less intense, but if you manage to apply it properly, then the challenge comes with removing the makeup. It truly has a tattoo-like effect, it stays put firmly.
Color - it was supposed to be blue, but in reality, it's gray like asphalt (I'm to blame for not checking beforehand). The color is completely different, not even close to the shade I expected. This is the first time in my life that I've encountered such a terrible product, I threw it in the trash without any remorse.
P.S. I'm a fan of Artdeco High Precision Liquid Liner, and this experiment with colored eyeliner was a failure.
