Bell Secretale Deep Eye Liner Pencil Waterproof Eye Pencil

I purchased the black and brown ones, they are perfect, soft, and blend beautifully. Nowadays, I use the brown one more often, the pencil stays in place for the whole working day. The trick is to lightly go over the pencil with light eyeshadows or powder, and the pencil will be fixed and stay in place. I will buy more because it doesn't cause allergies, and for me, that's an important factor.

For its price, this pencil is not bad. However, it is a little stiff for the eyelids. But the color is very beautiful and hardly smudges, even though I have oily skin.

I had the pencil in shade 03 (turquoise) and, inspired by its quality, I decided to purchase the brown one. The brown color is beautiful and cool, but that's where all the advantages end. If the turquoise one was truly long-lasting, I would not recommend applying the brown one without any shadows or base. For some reason, this shade is not long-lasting. Additionally, the color is not very saturated. I actually preferred the brown pencil from the brand Essence (automatic) because it is of good quality and comes at a reasonable price.

Product Review:

Number 03 turned out to be a dark turquoise shade, almost blue, and not green. I was looking for a vibrant emerald green color.

The pencil is soft, smudges easily, leaves imprints on the eyelid, and clumps up in the corners of the eyes (even though the skin is not oily, but rather dry to combination).

This is by far my worst purchase! It is not worth even 1 hryvnia! It is very soft and breaks easily. It smudges and lacks clear line definition, often causing reprints. I do not recommend it.

I ordered the brown one, but the pencil is definitely not waterproof. It's nowhere near as waterproof as the Artdeco one. The manufacturer deceived us by providing false information. It doesn't last well, and after 3-4 hours, I have the impression of "yesterday's makeup" in the mirror, even though my eyelids are not oily. The color 02 is beautiful, a deep brown.

Shade 3 is indeed darker than in the photo, not exactly turquoise, but a beautiful green color. The pencil blends well and is quite long-lasting. The only major downside for me was that the pencil I received had a short expiration date, which ended in a couple of months.

I came across the review below and made a good choice by getting it in brown, even though I usually use black. The shade is perfect, not too light, which allows for a golden middle ground.

Usually, I would use black to create thin little wings, less than half of the eye, but with this same shade, you can draw whatever you want without being afraid of looking like a doll.

I didn't have any high expectations for this pencil, and I was wrong! It's super awesome! It stays on all day without smudging, even though my eyelids tend to get quite oily by the evening. I got it in brown, and it looks great! It gives a more natural look compared to black.
