The Londa Professional Londacolor 4% Oxidizing Emulsion for intense toning is designed to create a uniform dye mixture, making its application on hair incredibly easy. How to use: for intensive toning - mix the dye with Londa Professional oxidizing emulsions of 1.9% or 4%, for coloring with oxidant use oxidizing emulsions of 3%, 6%, 9%, 12%.
