I bought it because of all the hype around it. However, this mascara leaves stains on my eyelids, clumps my lashes together, and the brush is not convenient to use. It also picks up too much product. I will never order it again :)

I didn't like it at all. My eyelashes are long, but not thick. I prefer beautiful, full, and long lashes, but the result was just long and black sticks. It had a wet, plastic-like effect. The color is charcoal and it's difficult to remove. But of course, this is just my opinion, someone else might like it.

I am really disappointed with this mascara. Within an hour of applying it, it starts to smudge, leaving me with black smudges under my eyes. Additionally, it is difficult to remove, even with a waterproof makeup remover. I have been using it for two weeks now and I am already considering ordering a different one.

It smudges horribly on the upper lid and starts to transfer within an hour of application. I have to constantly check throughout the day to make sure I'm not walking around with black streaks.

The best one, I keep coming back to it! Yes, it sticks the lashes together, but after applying it with its original brush, I take another one and separate all the lashes. It is harder to remove, but it is worth it. The lashes are black, long, and voluminous, there are no equivalents to it.

I have been using this mascara for about 8 years. The results have always been perfect (lengthening, curling, easy to layer, even adding volume, although it is advertised as a lengthening mascara).
But now, there are only downsides.. no matter how much I layer it, the result is three mouse tails. And it affects both the length and the volume. And throughout the day, it horribly flakes off.

One of the best and most beloved mascaras))) For those who claim it's terrible, you simply don't know how to use it properly. And it's definitely not suitable for everyone.

This mascara is terrible. It feels like a counterfeit product. It clumps the lashes together, leaves smudges and smears on the lower eyelids. The lashes appear uneven, untidy, and extremely sparse.

The printing is terrible, the worst mascara from all of Loreal that ever existed. It's not worth its price.
