Shampoo - a complete disappointment!
I used it on my thin curly bleached hair, with oily roots and dry ends. I always followed up with a hair mask or conditioner.
After using this shampoo, my hair felt like a tangled mess, with dyed strands sticking out in different directions. It severely dries out the hair and, at the same time, doesn't lather well or effectively remove the oil from the roots. One of the most revolting shampoos I have ever encountered.
The only positive aspect was the Makeup customer service, hence the stars.
So far, this is the best sulfate-free shampoo I have tried! It doesn't dry out my hair at all and cleanses it well, leaving my hair fresh for longer than usual. As for color preservation, I can't say anything yet.
