Shampoo "Salon Professional" Kallos Cosmetics Salon Shampoo

I received a package with shampoo today. The lid was slightly unscrewed, and the shampoo leaked a bit in the box. I see from the comments that this is a recurring issue. I kindly request that measures be taken to properly package the bottle. I used to buy this shampoo in supermarkets, but then it disappeared from the shelves. It's great that it's available here now, and I will continue using it. I hope the quality hasn't been compromised.

The shampoo did not work for me. My hair feels very stiff and it doesn't lather well. I decided to experiment with it after using Estel, but I don't know what I was expecting.

In terms of consistency, this product has a gel-like texture, almost closer to that of jelly. The scent is quite strong and noticeable. However, it does not cleanse effectively, despite its generous lathering abilities.
