Not a primer, but some kind of mockery... It wears off after 1-2 hours. I applied a little, and a lot, and waited for it to settle, and powdered it - the effect is the same. Moreover, I used Armani and Dior eyeshadows. It feels like they stay better without it.
Advice: don't skimp, buy the primer from Nyx and you'll be happy.
