I ordered a balm as a gift for my friend. It arrived without the cardboard packaging, even though the photo showed it with packaging. I understand that the quality doesn't change with or without the packaging. However, giving it like this is not very pleasant, as if I opened it, didn't like it, and am re-gifting it.

The delivery was good as always, but it takes a lot of effort and nerve cells to publish a review here. Please fix the website. Thank you.

One of my favorite balms.

It's just an ordinary product, nothing special about it! I received it as a gift here! It has a pleasant scent.

The balm is nothing special.. There are no other words to describe it.

The product arrived in a tube form, but the quality is not very good. After some time, it disappears from the lips completely. To make matters worse, after a couple of days of using it at night, inflammations appeared on the upper and lower edges of my lips! It's terrible! I do not recommend it. I use several fruit lip balms from Nivea and everything is fine, but this experiment failed. The tube I bought in Dubai from the same company is like night and day compared to this one. This one is just a dud.

I ordered a balm in a tube form, but it came in the form of a lipstick. It moisturizes adequately, but it doesn't offer anything extraordinary. It smells like bubblegum.

There is simply nothing better than this product! It has been proven over the years!

I agree with the comment that it moisturizes superficially. The consistency is somewhat similar to Vaseline. If you apply too much, it can roll up in the corners of your lips. What I initially liked about it is that it smells deliciously like chewing gum. In general, you can use it, but I don't think I will purchase it again. There are better options available.

Before trying a balm from another brand, I really loved this one. However, now I can see that it washes off quickly and only provides surface-level moisture. Overall, it's not bad, but there are much better options available for the same price.

The balm was a perfect fit for me. Four years ago, my mother-in-law brought it to me from India and I really liked it. It eliminates chapped lips and small cracks. The whole family uses it.

The fragrance of this product is not neutral, but rather quite intrusive - it does not associate with food. It has a more soapy scent to it, which would be more suitable for some kind of cleanser. The Nourishing Lip Balm of the same brand with product code 488021 has the same fragrance.

I received it in a tube! Despite being told "Julia, the product matches photo 1 on our website." By the way, photo 1 corresponds to the Nourishing Lip Balm PRODUCT CODE: 488021. I also ordered it. As for the balm itself in the tube, it is a little greasy and has no strong scent. It gives a comfortable feeling on the lips. I have used it a few times since I just received it yesterday.

I really wanted this balm. I ordered it. The manufacturing date is 10/16. It's very disappointing because I thought the product would be fresh and I would be able to use it for a long time. The makeup let me down. This is not the first time this has happened. Next time, I will think several times before placing an order.

As promised, I will describe my impressions. I agree the most with Olga's review from January 30, 2015. It is not suitable for winter at all. At first, it seems to moisturize, but it gets absorbed very quickly. And after that, my lips start to crack, and my skin feels like it's going to burst. I will try one of them in the summer, but I will have to throw away or give away the second one because of its expiration date. By the way, my mom didn't like it at all, only by its smell. She said it felt like she applied oil on her lips.

This balm is just okay. I was curious about what made it special, so I bought it. It is transparent, thick, and feels like Vaseline. It gives a shiny finish on the lips. However, it acts strangely: no matter how much you apply, you always feel the need to add more. Also, it applies a bit unevenly if you don't rub it with your finger.

One positive aspect is that it has a very delicious candy-like smell.

For almost the same price, you can buy a dark blue Nivea stick, and that would be a better choice. I will keep this balm in my bag just in case I forget all the others.
