    The top coat is not bad overall, but it dries both under a lamp and in the air, and it seals like a regular nail polish. Maybe I misunderstood, but perhaps this top coat is not meant for use with a lamp and is just like a regular nail polish.

    This matte top coat is excellent. It effectively eliminates the shine from regular nail polish as well as gel polish. It dries quickly, and the matte effect on the nails lasts for about a week. I highly recommend it!
