You can do that with anything. There are no perfectly positive components. Even a simple chamomile, if not processed or formulated properly, can be an allergen or a strong irritant. I can provide many more examples. It is important to look at the entire formula, the percentage content, and where the component is located in the composition (I think it's well-known that the further down the ingredient list, the smaller the quantity). Therefore, it is not correct to write about Phenoxyethanol in such a one-sided manner. It is an antibacterial agent, a good antiseptic, and it is difficult to find an alternative to it. It helps natural antiseptic substances like chamomile and sage to work effectively, and the overall composition provides good protection against harmful bacteria. This component is widely used in Europe in products for nursing mothers (I believe that intelligent people live there). Also, as I mentioned earlier, it is located near the end of the formula, indicating that its percentage content is less than 0.5%, making it absolutely safe. So, feel free to use it and don't look for non-existent problems. Personally, I really like this toothpaste.
