I use it once a week, applying it to my entire scalp with massaging movements for 3-4 hours, then I rinse it off with shampoo. As for hair growth, I can't say anything, as my roots grow as usual after a month. For me, that's not so important. As a hair care product, this oil is fantastic! I rate it 5 out of 5.
