This product tends to overdry and tangle my delicate and long hair. As a result, my hair becomes excessively frizzy.

Comparing to other shampoos, this one is the best. It doesn't dry out the scalp, and the hair stays clean for a long time without getting too frizzy. As for the downsides, it doesn't lather much, so it runs out quickly.
