This balm is great. It is a liquid formula that does not dry out the lips.
It quickly removes dryness from the lips, without being sticky or runny. It is comfortable and odorless. It is more effective than similar products in stick form.
The delivery was fast, and the quality of the product is superb. The price is also reasonable.
This product effectively moisturizes and nourishes the lips.
Delicate and soft, it applies smoothly without creating excessive volume.
The Bioderma balm comes in a gel-like consistency. It feels similar to a product used by a cosmetologist when applied to the lips. It is transparent, not runny or thick, and has no scent or taste. It has a slightly greasy texture and takes some time to absorb, but it doesn't drip. It does resemble petroleum jelly, but it is softer. I haven't experienced any issues with dryness, I simply bought it for skincare purposes.
The balm is terrible. It smells like old Vaseline.
The product caused an allergic reaction.
The balm is nothing special. It feels like a cheap mass-market product. It doesn't solve the problem of dryness, it's runny and doesn't provide any moisturizing effect at all. It simply disappears without a trace. It may last for a long time, but it has no noticeable effect.
For the past 2 months, I had an unexplained rash on my lips, similar to an allergy or something similar (not herpes). My skin was constantly flaking and itching, so I went to a dermatologist and took tests, but couldn't figure out the cause. I had previously used various lip balms from iHerb, but as soon as I bought this balm, the rash disappeared. My lips are not dry anymore, and they don't crack at all, even the skin around my lips stopped flaking. I hesitated to buy it because of the price, but it's worth every penny. I definitely recommend this balm! My lips are soft, hydrated, and it's a pleasure to use this product.
The balm is utterly disappointing. It doesn't absorb at all, and the result is absolutely zero.
For people who are really suffering from dry lips, this is a lifesaver. It will also appeal to those who can't tolerate fragrances - there is absolutely no smell. This lip balm has already become one of the best for me, along with Uriage Bariederm and Uriage Xemose (they are also for very dry lips and fragrance-free). However, I didn't like Bioderma stick - it has a strong synthetic raspberry scent.
So far, I really like this lip balm. It effectively moisturizes my lips both before and after wearing long-lasting lipsticks. It is especially suitable for winter. Personally, I find that Bioderma works better for me than EOS. The scent is almost neutral, which I appreciate. I would like to try the stick version as well. Thank you, Julia, for your comment!
The balm is very helpful for dry lips. It stays on the lips for a long time.
I have been using this balm for over 5 years, and I have no plans to switch. It is the best.
A dermatologist prescribed this product to me for lip atrophy and severe dryness during the autumn-winter period. I can confidently say that this is NOT VASELINE, as mentioned in previous comments. I have tried numerous products in my life because my lips always dry out and crack, but this balm is the only one that truly saved me. I use it at night and in the morning my lips are soft and smooth. I give it a perfect score of 5.
Regular Vaseline. It's not bad, but it definitely doesn't justify the price.
I also didn't like it very much. I don't recommend buying it!
