The shampoo does the job. It turned my light brown hair into a delicate beige color. I applied it, left it on for about 5 minutes, and then rinsed it off. The downside is that it dries out the hair, even when considering the conditioner and serum that I applied afterwards - my hair still feels dry. In conclusion, it does the job, but I wouldn't recommend using it too often without a visible reason. For its price, it is an acceptable product. Thank you Make up for delivering it from the EU.
