Wonderful and gentle product. It is pleasant to use and performs its task exceptionally well. There have been many different products, so there is something to compare it with.
I am not satisfied with this make-up remover. Regular micellar water removes mascara faster. The composition is doubtful. The feeling in the eyes after use is unpleasant. I wouldn't risk using it as intended. However, it works great as a cleaner for various adhesives on surfaces, as well as for cleaning sponges and makeup brushes. I do not recommend it.
I liked this product. I used to always strain my eyes to remove makeup. Turns out, you don't have to rub or scrape it off. Moisturization is an added bonus.
Using it is pleasant, there is no irritation, but it runs out quickly.
The waterproof mascara is easily removed. It just takes a little longer to ensure no residue is left behind. Personally, I prefer oil-free removers.
According to previous reviews, this eye makeup remover does not perform well. It leaves a sticky residue on the eyes, so after using this expensive product, I have to wash my face with water.
I have been using dual-phase products for over 10 years. I have tried Garnier, L'Oréal, and recently I regretted not waiting for Babe Laboratorios to be available. I bought Vichy on my own. Compared to the previous products, Vichy does not cleanse well, it requires multiple cotton pads; there is a noticeable oily film on the eyes, which causes redness and discomfort.

I bought this product at the pharmacy (I have sensitive eyes). People, be careful! Read the list of ingredients carefully before purchasing a specific bottle and never rely solely on the reputation of the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I didn't do this, to my great regret. I only realized after the third or fourth use, when my eyes started to turn red and tear up. The ingredients include DENATURED ALCOHOL and SALICYLIC ACID. Even if they are present in minimal amounts (even a micro-micro-nano-fraction of one percent), these harmful irritants should not be present in eye products at all!! Especially not for sensitive eyes...
This makeup remover is very effective and even slightly moisturizing (probably due to the oils in its composition). It may not be the most economical option, but it is truly excellent.

One of the few products that actually removes eye makeup without leaving a panda effect. I've been using it for the second year now. I haven't found a worthy replacement considering the price-quality ratio.
The only question arose with the previous shipment of the product, where the label was in Russian, I don't know what the issue was, but the difference was noticeable. Everything is excellent with the delivery this time!

The product worked well for me. Firstly, I wash my face with a cleansing gel, which leaves me with "panda eyes" from mascara that I easily remove with this product. Having it in my arsenal, I hardly touch the area around my eyes when washing, hence the "panda eyes," but at least I don't have to harm the delicate skin of my eyelids. Initially, it feels a bit greasy, yes, but then the oils in it tighten the skin of my eyelids and the greasiness disappears. For me, this is actually a plus, as these oils provide additional nourishment to the skin. Most likely, this is what the manufacturer intended, as the skin around the eyes and lips are the most delicate areas that require extra care.
I chose this product based on the reviews, but I'm not sure how to comment on it. I bought it for removing eye makeup, but it doesn't remove mascara at all :( A regular micellar water works much better, but I wanted something that wouldn't irritate my eyes. However, it does work well for matte lipsticks.
I ordered this product and I am very disappointed. The photo of the product on your website is original, but in reality, it looks completely different. The sticker is crookedly placed. Furthermore, everything is written in Russian. What guarantee do I have that this is not a counterfeit? The price also differs from that of pharmacy products. Could you please specify on what documentation basis you are selling this product?
The makeup remover works well, but it leaves a bit too much oiliness (leaving a greasy film), although this is a minor issue. Personally, it slightly stings my eyes when it gets in contact (possibly my individual sensation). I believe that irritating ingredients should not be present in a brand like this.
It effectively removes makeup, but I have to use a cleanser afterwards to get rid of the oily feeling.
After using it, I noticed that a film stays on my eyes for a long time, which hinders my vision. I used it for two weeks... and today I threw it away! It's a bit scary and unclear how it affects my eyes.

This product is amazing. I wear contact lenses and with this product, I can remove eye makeup without taking off my lenses. No irritation or allergies whatsoever. It also provides additional care. It is gentle and soft. I haven't found anything better.
