3. I take a terry cloth glove (or a small towel). I wet it with warm water and remove all traces of the cream. I remove it very thoroughly because if you leave even a little bit, it will cause burns and irritation! Since I do this in the shower, I rinse off the cream from the skin very carefully.
4. I use body oils, lotions, creams... anything for moisturizing.
Important! If you feel a burning sensation after removing the cream, it means you haven't removed all of it! And under no circumstances should you rub it into the skin!
