It's a blue holographic shade that sparkles with all the colors of the rainbow))) It's very translucent in just one coat, BUT it dries so quickly, in just a minute, that you can apply as many coats as you like (two is enough) and it doesn't affect the drying time at all. While I was painting one hand, I could immediately apply another coat on the other! The surface of the polish is absolutely smooth, it's a pleasure to paint with it, so I calmly applied three coats and went about my business after just 5 minutes. It looks like gel polish and is very long-lasting, I'm thrilled!!!
