30 cm in length and 6 cm in width, with a black abrasive part that is 15 cm long (it is well glued and doesn't slide anywhere).
You need to get used to the size, especially for those with small feet...
For my size 33 feet - it's just awful how uncomfortable it is to work with it.
It is durable and well-made - all of this is undeniable - a 5+, but it could have been made smaller, as a foot file is not the only one you buy for your entire life.
I think it will have little abrasiveness for a man's foot.
Personally, I did not share the general enthusiasm for this product...
