Maybelline Volum Express Waterproof Mascara

The mascara is terrible, not only did it take 10 days to arrive, but the mascara itself is dry and absolutely does not apply to the lashes. It doesn't even have an expiration date.

I have been using Maybelline for many years, but I am disappointed with this mascara. It is truly waterproof, doesn't smudge throughout the day, and doesn't run. However, it is terrible when it comes to removal. Micellar water and cleansing gel can't remove it properly. I always use waterproof mascara in the winter, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. Additionally, I have to mention that the brush is not very convenient and doesn't apply the product evenly on the lashes. Moreover, it tends to create small clumps and the lashes stick together, so I have to use a different brush to separate them.

I didn't like this mascara. The only thing waterproof about it is that it's difficult to remove. Throughout the day, it doesn't stay in place, smudges under the eyes, and flakes off. And somehow, it either finished quickly or dried up, I still couldn't figure it out.

I only use waterproof mascaras because I curl my lashes. I used to only buy Faberlic Architect mascara. But it's not available in Ukraine right now, so I thought I wouldn't find a replacement. However, this mascara has perfectly replaced my usual one. At first glance, the brush looks like someone chewed on it. But in reality, it turned out to be good. Thanks to the consistency of the mascara itself and the fact that there isn't too much on the brush, you can apply it and shape your lashes, so to speak, fluff them up however you want. It definitely doesn't clump! The downside is the smell of alcohol.

I have been using this mascara for a long time. The price has increased in the city, but not here. Plus, there's free delivery. I am very satisfied.

I purchased mascara here specifically for a waterproof one before going on vacation. It doesn't lengthen or add volume, and the waterproofness is average. Unfortunately, this mascara couldn't withstand the ocean. It might last for some event during the day, but it can't handle the ocean and waves. It smudges. Rating: 4 out of 5.

The only plus of this product is its waterproofness and price. The mascara itself is nothing special. However, you can definitely use it on top of regular mascara. It is not suitable for underwater swimming, but it won't smear on a rainy day for sure.

It is truly waterproof - that's the only positive thing about it. The brush is terrible, making it impossible to apply mascara without smudging the eyelids. It clumps the lashes together and gives them a spidery appearance - I hate the effect of overly thick lashes.

I used this mascara at the beach and it did not disappoint. I highly recommend it!
