I am very satisfied with this toothpaste because it effectively protects sensitive teeth. It also helps restore teeth with poor enamel. I have been using it for almost 10 years on the recommendation of my dentist.
However, I really dislike the fact that the delivery is only made to the entrance of the building by the courier. This is extremely inconvenient.
My favorite toothpaste. I always buy it. I chose it myself because of its gentle composition, and then my dentist also recommended it to me.

It's a quiet horror. It's so minty that the inside of my lips and tongue burn horribly, making it impossible to brush my teeth properly. I have to quickly rinse my mouth instead.

Great toothpaste. Many years ago, my dentist recommended it to me when I had increased sensitivity. Since then, I have needed this toothpaste several times. This time, it seems that the enamel has significantly weakened due to pomegranates, and my teeth were reacting to almost everything: hot, cold, and acidic. After using it twice, I can already drink hot tea without any problems.
Natalia, this toothpaste doesn't have much for enamel strengthening, apart from fluoride, which is not enough. Potassium nitrate slightly blocks nerve fibers. So, your dentist's advice is not the best and outdated.
The quality of this brand is good, but the recipes and effectiveness of these toothpastes are consistently average, nothing more.

It really helps with tooth sensitivity. And you don't need to use it constantly, only on those days when your teeth bother you. In that case, it will last for a very long time.
I only buy two brands for my family: Sensodyne and SPLAT. They have been tried and approved, and are really good products. We don't skimp on our teeth because neglecting them could lead to pain, blood, and tears in the dentist's chair. Knock on wood... knock on wood... knock on wood... God forbid :)
