One of the best creations of an Arabic perfumery workshop. It combines notes of patchouli, dark and noir roses (not Bulgarian), geranium, wood, and a soft saffron note. I can feel the special spiciness of amber and, of course, pepper. It is powerful, long-lasting, with an endless trail and diffusion of scent. It opens up beautifully. Yes, it is an absolute clone of Noir de Noir by Tom Ford. About 99%. That's why I bought it for comparison. I wear it in cool weather, and it sounds amazing in strong, damp winds. For hot summers, I have a different arsenal. But it will definitely embellish any season's evening.

I don't quite understand people who blind-buy fragrances and then get upset, saying it's "nauseatingly sweet... to the point of sickness." If you are not a newbie in perfumery, you should at least look at the fragrance pyramid and understand that it may not suit your taste. Experienced people usually test the fragrance first.

I bought it without testing it, so I can't say "wow". Overall, it's not bad, but it's subjective. I will still wear it, but not for the summer as they are a bit heavy. I will keep them until spring.

Heavy, viscous, velvety, woody-earthy, with rose and patchouli, plus something sweet, oriental, nutty, the overall impression is medieval, gothic, gloomy, and elegant. The bottle is beautiful, solid, enormous; the amount presented will last a lifetime, as this fragrance is not an everyday scent for me. The longevity is moderate, with a slight trail when applied moderately.

I didn't buy it here. It's an Arabic equivalent of Montale's "Starry night", and I have both fragrances. It is just as long-lasting and has a great sillage as Montale. However, I highly recommend testing the scent before buying it!

Arabian Tale) This perfume is amazing for lovers of the East. It is very bold, rich, and long-lasting! I can't distinguish the notes, so I will describe my personal impressions. In the first hour, it is like sweet honey, then it becomes softer but still as sweet as a tea rose. After a couple of hours, the rose becomes quieter with a hint of bitterness and spices, a bit of woodiness and dried fruits. As it wears off, it becomes softer, but still just as loud and vibrant. Overall, the scent is bombastic, a true fairytale from the East! And all of this from just a small spritz on the wrist. During a test, my husband was in another room and could smell the fragrance within two minutes. So, I think one spritz is enough, otherwise, you might suffocate everyone around you.

I use it in small doses because the perfume is quite intense. Definitely suitable for evenings, to create a cozy atmosphere during the cold time of the year. To me, it smells like chocolate candies, slightly tired roses, and expensive drinks. With this fragrance, you won't be a grey mouse.

Considering the affordable price, I took the risk because I am a long-time fan of Tom Ford Noir de Noir fragrance and many bloggers compare it to that one, saying it is very similar. Well, in my opinion, that is complete nonsense, there is nothing in common! It's like comparing an airplane to a scooter.)))
Armaf smells like spoiled red rose to me, and nothing more. We didn't get along, so I will give it to my grandma. Although maybe I will give it another try in the autumn, who knows?
