Mix with the oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio. For lightening hair by 3 levels, use a 12% oxidizer; for lightening by 2 levels, use a 9% oxidizer; and for lightening by 1 level, covering gray hair, or coloring hair the same shade or darker, use a 6% oxidizer. If you have less than 70% gray hair, you can simply color your hair with the chosen shade. If you have more than 70% gray hair, mix the chosen shade with the base color in a 1:1 ratio. Leave the mixture on your hair for 30-40 minutes.

For those considering buying this specific shade, please be aware that it is extremely dark and intense. I will gradually wash it out, hoping that it will become less intense over time. I am deducting a star for the mismatch with the advertised shade.
It seems like it's okay, soft at a low percentage, but the blonde color washed out in a week. It's not worth the money (it took 2 tubes for medium length thick hair).

I use 10/1. Finally, I have found the perfect paint for my dark ash blonde wavy hair! I have tried many different brands in a similar price range, but they either horribly dry out my hair or make it very yellow. This paint gives a great natural ash wheat color with a beige undertone. It doesn't damage the hair too much and is easy to apply. I highly recommend it!
I only use it to cover grey roots. It does the job well. I mix it with a 3% developer in a 1:1 ratio and leave it on for half an hour. The result is a rich color that lasts for at least two weeks without fading.

A 1.9-2.0% developer is used to tone the hair and give it a shade. You mix it with the dye and apply it to damp hair for about 10 minutes. For example, if you want to fully dye light hair to a darker shade, you don't need a high percentage of developer since light hair is already receptive to color.
A 3% developer is used for permanent hair dyeing. You apply it to dry hair and leave it for 30 minutes.
A 6% developer is used for coloring gray hair.
There is no need to use any other percentage at home.

I applied the dye for about 5-7 minutes... and then it started to horribly burn my scalp and turn my hair into charcoal(((. My scalp turned red (burned), and my hair became dark gray. In the morning, I was still a blonde, but by the evening, I looked like who knows what))

I am extremely satisfied with the Wella Illumina hair dye that they use in one of the best beauty salons in Kiev (C.WAY). After getting my hair colored there, the stylist recommended that I use it at home as well. My hair is of excellent quality and has incredible shades (6.16 and 6.19). However, sometimes I am confused by the price. I don't quite understand why the price for different shades of the same series of dyes at MakeUp can have such a large difference (+-150 UAH). It sometimes feels like they determine which one you're buying and raise the price accordingly. In any case, I find it unacceptable to sell similar products with such a wide price range.
I would like to revise my previous review. I painted again using the same paint, and everything turned out great. I suspect that it might have been due to my monthly cycle. I'm not sure if that's possible, but it seems to have had some influence.

I didn't like the hair dye, so I'm going back to my favorite Matrix brand. I got shade 9.43 hoping for a pink blonde, but it turned out to be an unnatural bright red, and I couldn't find any hint of pink undertones. Additionally, my hair was unevenly colored (the gray ones were barely touched) and after a couple of weeks, the color washed out halfway and turned yellow. It's really disappointing. The only positive thing I found is that it doesn't have a strong smell when applying.
