Lorenzo Villoresi Yerbamate - Eau de Toilette
Wonderful fragrance! At the beginning, it has a slightly bitter, dry, and spicy green scent, dusty and warm. It undergoes a significant transformation as it unfolds, turning into a beautiful delicate creamy powder. I can detect notes of condensed milk here. When I took a t-shirt that still had the scent applied a few days ago, it emitted an incredible smell! The sillage is beautiful, and the fragrance is long-lasting.
For me, it is a meditative fragrance. There is no hint of balm in it. It is an expensive fragrance for "being with oneself and daydreaming."
+1 for being called "Zvezdochka" (Little Star). There is no mate in it, not even close. I don't know what mate those people were drinking who write that these perfumes have its smell. In my opinion, it is practically a complete copy of the Soviet "Red Moscow," which makes me sneeze and cry. It is completely impossible to use. It's good that I bought a sample, but even these 70 hryvnias are a waste. The smell does not correspond to the description at all, it is horrible.
I tried it. It's okay. Not exactly thrilled, but the grass and hay notes are starting to come through a bit more, and the mint, tarragon, and mate aren't as overpowering anymore. They seem to have harmonized, or something. It probably won't become a favorite, but I'll continue wearing it :)
I apologize to the supporters of this fragrance for my low rating. I bought it without trying it first, immediately spending a hundred bucks, while still under the impression of Teint de Neige and believing that the perfume description would perfectly match reality this time. Unfortunately, the author and I have different ideas about the scent of hay and cut grass. Although, after standing for a while, the fragrance scares me slightly less, so I won't go into lengthy descriptions - it smells like the "Zvezdochka" balm from Soviet times. I don't remember if it was Vietnamese, Chinese, or Indian. There was this strong smell of balm that not only mosquitoes but also ants were afraid of, and Soviet citizens actively used it. After the first application, a thought struck me like thunder - it's something painfully familiar from my childhood, from medicine... In the current weather conditions, it smells like tarragon with mint, heavily mixed with mate, and it kills everything around. No hay, no grass. I really wanted and believed in it... Complete disappointment. Familiar men are not impressed by it, to say the least. Overall, I'm still in an unpleasant shock. Maybe in warm weather, it won't be as harsh. I don't recommend buying it without trying it first.
Amazing fragrance! From the first notes, there is a bitter green scent of fragrant herbs, which then smoothly softens and becomes slightly powdery, with a hint of sweet hay. It feels very natural and mood-lifting! I am thrilled with Lorenzo Villorési!
