The Cacharel Eden women's perfume is a symbol of the untamed primordial attraction between man and woman, a captive of passions. Even the bottle, which houses the perfumed water, externally resembles in color and shape a fruit destined to become the symbol of the first sin and the first temptation. And although the perfume itself is not dangerous, something in it retains the ancient mystery of the grove, the unrestrained fire of temptation, the bodily fervor of lust.
As if the smoky air of lost swamps draws our souls to itself, a watery duet of the sacred lotus note and the water lily note entices. The heart note of sweet melon and fragrant mimosa tempts with the joys of earthly life. But it smells interesting on clothes. Overall, I rarely use it, only when I'm in the mood for rainy weather.

Very unusual and ambiguous scent. I bought it because such a masterpiece should be in my collection, but I wear it only once every six months. It's very complex and multifaceted. Definitely a mermaid direction. Smells like a pond and river flowers. I both like it and find it repelling, but I love such mysteries. Only get it with a test.

I really like "Eden" from the very first sharp notes. It has a beautiful scent of dense greenery and flowers, and in this greenery, a river is hiding. This is probably the kind of scent that should be on the river where Margarita flew on a broomstick. Special thanks for not raising the prices to indecent levels in your store, like in other online stores. I'm yours...
This fragrance is truly not universal, and never has been, even in the 90s. Back then, I didn't wear it because I was very young and preferred citrus scents in perfumes. Two years ago, I bought Eden for my collection and, strangely enough, I enjoy wearing it.
For those who are picky, I want to give a small piece of advice - apply the fragrance with just one spray and preferably below the waist. This subtle application reveals the beauty of Eden.

I do not share the frustration and complaints. This perfume is conceptual, with lily and lotus being immediately noticeable and lingering in the head for a long time. Naturally, the scent is not for everyone; there is only the rind of melon here, which has been sitting in the sun for a long time, and the sweetness is more like a sweet decay. I did not notice the mimosa, but the scent is so intoxicating and pollen-like that it is entirely possible that it is present. Patchouli at the base, like a foundation, provides longevity. The longevity is 6-7 hours with just one spray, which is very strong and economical. This is a STRANGE fragrance, only for connoisseurs of magical potions. It is a green thicket with a wild pond, with lilies and lotus under the blazing sun. Both dark and light. It is better to keep this fragrance under a cap, like an exhibit, rather than wearing it every day. But it is art.

I'll say it briefly - it's awful. Nauseating smell, not even close to a shoe freshener. Where is the lily, where is the melon?! There are no understandable and pleasant notes, only a sharp, piercing stench. As correctly stated in the comments below: the main emotion is confusion. Hoping that it will improve is useless - perfumes don't change so drastically. I definitely won't use it, it makes me feel sick. It's going straight into the trash bin along with almost 700 UAH. My advice, or rather, a strong request - don't buy it without testing it. And after testing it, you definitely won't buy it. No complaints towards the store.
The scent is clearly not the same as it used to be. I am disappointed. I won't be able to use it. I have no complaints about the seller regarding this matter. Obviously, the manufacturer completely changed the formula of a very pleasant smell.

However, I don't hear any rottenness, staleness, or swamps in it. In the beginning, there is a soapy note (I think it's mimosa), but it disappears after half an hour.

The perfume arrived!!!! I was curious to see how I would react to it now, as tastes change a lot. I am thrilled, and even though it arrived at tea temperature, the scent is the same.
