The Semila Dehydrator is a product designed to thoroughly remove oils from the nail plate and prepare it for subsequent application. It is used after the cleanser and before applying the primer/base coat, thereby enhancing the adhesion of the products used. The nail surface is left extremely matte, without a sticky residue.
