- Body: Massage the product into your skin after a bath or shower while it is still damp.

- Hair: Apply the product along the entire length of your hair. Use it on either dry hair before washing or on damp hair. Avoid the roots. Leave it on for 10–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

- Protective effect against frizz at the beach: Apply a small amount to dry hair before heading to the beach or pool.

Due to its natural properties, the product solidifies at temperatures below 30°C. To return it to a liquid state, simply keep it at a temperature above 30°C.
