Massage: Apply a few drops of oil to your fingertips and gently rub into the skin. Almond oil can be used on its own, mixed with other carrier oils like avocado, peach, grape seed, or jojoba in equal proportions, or as a base in aromatherapy blends with essential oils (2–3 drops per tablespoon of carrier oil). For a scalp massage, you can use either pure almond oil or mix it with jojoba oil in a 1:1 ratio.
Enhancing cosmetic products: Add 10 drops of almond oil to 10 grams of cream or 10 ml of toner or lotion. For shampoo or hair conditioner, add 7–10 ml of almond oil to 100 ml of product.
