First, remove any old polish from your natural nails using an acetone-based remover. Trim your natural nails, then use a wooden stick to gently push back the cuticles and remove the thin film (pterygium) underneath. Next, lightly buff the surface of your nails with a soft file until they have a matte finish. Select a false nail that fits each of your natural nails and lay them out in order. Apply a small amount of glue to the underside of each false nail and spread it evenly using the bottle's nozzle.
