To strengthen your nails:
1. As a base coat under color polish: apply one layer.
2. As a standalone coat: apply two layers (no top coat needed).
To repair weakened and damaged nails:
Weeks 1-2: apply the product daily, removing the previous layer with nail polish remover.
Weeks 3-4: apply the product every other day, removing the previous layer with nail polish remover.
After achieving the desired results, use the product once or twice a month for maintenance.
