Carefully place the tools in a sterilization pouch, making sure to remove any excess air. Excess air in the pouch can hinder effective sterilization. You may use special tools, such as an air removal roller, to eliminate air before sealing. Once the tools are in the pouch, seal it. Make sure the adhesive strips are in place and properly stuck to ensure an airtight seal. After sealing the pouches, place them in the autoclave according to the manufacturer's instructions. It is generally recommended to place the pouches vertically to allow steam to circulate freely and ensure effective sterilization.
