One of the most unique procedures in Ayurvedic practices is nasal irrigation using a special ceramic teapot. The effect of saline water on the mucous membranes is undeniably positive; it helps to moisturize and cleanse them, making breathing easier. The most gentle and delicate way to perform this procedure is with the Neti Lota by Himalaya dal 1989. The ceramic container is easy to clean and holds the optimal amount of solution for treating one nostril. The salt dissolves easily, transforming ordinary water into a healing elixir. Regular use of this accessory can improve conditions such as sinusitis and rhinitis. It is an unusual but effective way to achieve health for both body and soul.

Fill with a solution of warm water, preferably boiled and cooled, and Himalayan or sea salt (9 g per liter of water). Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and tilt your head to the opposite side, breathing through your mouth. The liquid should flow out of the lower nostril smoothly. Repeat the process by inserting the nozzle into the other nostril. After finishing the cleaning, gently blow your nose.
