This stone is renowned for its healing properties. Jade is a hard stone that, in Chinese tradition, symbolizes prosperity, well-being, and eternal youth, making it one of the most commonly used materials for this technique. The Bio Essenze set includes a roller and a Gua Sha tool made from natural jade, which, when used together, ensure maximum benefits from this practice. The massage and the properties of natural jade provide health benefits for both face and body.

Start the massage at the neck, placing the edge of the plate near the collarbone and moving it towards the jawline. Next, massage the cheeks by starting at the sides of the nose and moving the plate at a 90-degree angle upwards towards the ears. For the area around the eyes, there are two methods: the classic way, moving from the inner corners of the eyes outward, or the reverse, which also includes massaging the upper eyelid by moving the plate from the outer corner of the eye towards the inner corner and then rolling it upwards. Then, massage the forehead by moving from the center outwards, similar to the cheeks. Finish the massage with a vertical motion, starting just below the nose and moving the guasha plate along its line across the entire forehead, ending at the hairline.
