Apply the mask with your fingertips to the cleansed scalp. Gently massage and leave it on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. For intensive regeneration, leave the mask on once a week for approximately 10 minutes under a cap to create occlusion. Then rinse thoroughly.
