1. Apply a small amount of toothpaste to your brush and position it at a 45-degree angle to the gumline. Ensure that half of the bristles are on the gums and the other half on the teeth. Brush your teeth using gentle, circular motions without applying excessive pressure.
2. Start by cleaning the outer surfaces of your teeth. Using circular motions, slowly move the brush from the molars to the front teeth, and then to the molars on the opposite side of the arch.
3. Next, proceed to clean the inner surfaces of your teeth. As before, begin at the back of the dental arch and use circular motions to move the brush towards the opposite molars.
4. To clean the inner surfaces of the upper and lower front teeth, hold the brush vertically and use small circular motions. For the chewing surfaces, move the brush back and forth.
5. Thoroughly clean the upper and lower molars at the end of the arch. Hold the brush vertically and make small circular motions around the last tooth.
