Apply to wet skin with gentle massaging motions, then rinse thoroughly.
I bought it to help with goose skin. I've been using it for a month and haven't seen any results yet (I think I won't see any). But it can be used for moisturizing - it does the job. In terms of consistency, it is very thick and sticky, but it needs to be washed off, so it's not noticeable in the shower.
