This toner maintains moisture in the skin after cleansing and also enhances permeability, i.e., it helps the beneficial components contained in the composition of subsequent care products to be absorbed more quickly and effectively.
In addition, the toner provides the skin with freshness, hydration, comfort, and makes it smooth, delivering a "dewy" effect – the effect of moist, glowing, rejuvenated skin.
The formula's foundation of deep-sea water ensures the skin is fully saturated with nourishing components and minerals (containing more than 72 beneficial microelements, including magnesium, calcium, potassium, and others), energy, and health, allowing it to remain moisturized and well-cared for. After cleansing the skin, apply a small amount of the toner to the palms. Evenly distribute the toner over the skin with gentle movements. For extra hydration, apply the toner in several layers. If the skin is irritated due to environmental factors, soak cotton pads in the toner and use them as a moisturizing compress. Leave the compress on the skin for 5-10 minutes.

This toner is wonderful, I've already bought my second bottle. It doesn't have any supernatural properties, but it leaves my skin moisturized and slightly polished. I apply it with my hands, layering it a few times. The smaller bottle (200ml) lasted me for 2 months, even with this not so economical usage.
The toner is excellent, it suited my dry skin perfectly. Overall, I believe this is a product that will work for everyone because it is of great quality. The only thing I regret is not buying the pads right away because they absorb a lot of product. It is a watery liquid without any scent or stickiness. It moisturizes the skin wonderfully, and I have no complaints. I really like how smooth my skin feels after using it. It makes me want to touch and feel my skin. Gradually, my pores become cleaner and the texture of my skin becomes smoother. However, I don't feel any respect from it. The only downside is that it leaves a shine, which is a negative for me. I prefer more matte textures that are more comfortable for me.
