I really liked the air conditioner.
The product contains silicones and, for some reason, SLS. While it is understandable why silicones are included, as they provide a beautiful visual effect, it is unclear why SLS is included in the balm. From what I understand, it will cause dryness. I would not purchase this balm due to its composition and scent (although scent is subjective). I received it as a gift and I can say that my hair looks decent with it. There is shine and volume. However, the composition, scent, and the fact that it makes the hair a bit dry are downsides.
I really liked the conditioner, and I will definitely purchase it again. Next time, I will also get the shampoo from the same series.

I fell for the reviews and bought both the shampoo and conditioner. It's a complete nightmare. First of all, the scent... it smells like grandma's closet, and unfortunately, it lingers on the hair. The hair becomes tangled, especially the ends, and there is no volume. It both makes the hair greasy and feels like it's drying it out at the same time. My hair is not colored, it's thin, and it's not empty. Even my colleagues at work noticed these "lovely" changes in my hair. I do not recommend it.

The hair is loose, moisturized, not sticky, and does not weigh it down. It is easy to comb, smooth, and shiny.

Here's how I use it:
Before washing my hair, I comb it. I only shampoo the scalp (without lathering the entire length), rinse it off, then apply this conditioner to the length (you can comb it with a comb for better effect). I wait for 10 minutes, rinse it off, then towel dry for up to 5 minutes (gently patting, not rubbing the hair vigorously). Then I use the SNOW cream thermal protectant and SNOW oil for the ends. I dry it with a hairdryer (directing the air towards the hair growth) on the lowest airflow and temperature.
It fulfills its function, but I didn't notice anything special about it, such as shine or silkiness. The scent is a matter of personal preference.
