Apply in the morning and evening after using the lotion. Distribute an appropriate amount (2-3 pumps) evenly across your face and neck using the original massage technique.
Massage your jaw upwards and press on the neck just beneath the earlobe. Then, massage your collarbone and press on the hollow area just above the collarbone. Repeat on the other side.
Place both thumbs under your chin and, applying gentle pressure, massage side to side several times.
Gently squeeze both sides of your jaw with your fingers in 3 stages, as shown in the diagram.
Place your middle fingers on both sides of your mouth and gently massage in circular motions.
Using all four fingers, softly massage zone 1 in circular motions with light pressure. Repeat on the chin and jaw areas.
