Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese technique of natural body care, which is also attributed with active healing properties. "Gua" literally means to scrape or rub, while "sha" refers to a red rash.
The massage positively affects the skin's condition – smoothing out wrinkles, making the skin firmer and more toned, and filling it with energy and brightness. The Gua Sha tool can also be used for a full-body massage that has a healing effect. Regular Gua Sha practice eliminates toxin deposits, enhances facial contours, and promotes skin cell growth.
The massage roller alleviates stress and tension. Its vibrations soothe the muscles, relaxing them and providing a sense of relief. The roller operates gently yet intensely, with about 6000 micro-vibrations per minute. The larger roller is perfect for massaging the forehead, cheeks, and neck, while the smaller one is ideal for the areas around the eyes, nose, and mouth. You can use it in combination with your favorite cream, oil, serum, or mask, allowing the ingredients to be better absorbed by the skin.
Natural rose quartz, also known as the "stone of love," is believed to relieve stress and tension. It also supports the immune system (disease resistance). It enhances memory and eliminates lethargy. It eases internal anxiety, stress, and nervousness.-
Begin the massage at the neck, near the collarbone. Place the edge of the plate against the skin and move it towards the jawline. Next, massage the cheeks by starting at the sides of the nose. Hold the plate at a 90-degree angle to the skin and move it upwards towards the ears. For the eye area, you have two options: the classic method, which involves moving from the inner corners of the eyes outward, or the reverse method, which includes massaging the upper eyelid. For the reverse method, move the plate from the outer corners of the eye towards the inner corners and then roll it upwards. Finally, massage the forehead. Use the same technique as with the cheeks, moving from the center of the forehead outwards. Repeat on the other side. Conclude the massage with a vertical stroke: start just below the nose, glide the plate along the nose line, across the forehead, and finish at the hairline.
