What could be simpler in anti-cellulite care than a dry massage? No oils, lengthy wraps, or expensive sessions with a professional masseuse. All you need is a brush from the Hhuumm brand and 5-10 minutes of your time. Moreover, the effectiveness of this approach is in no way inferior to others, and in some respects, even significantly higher. What happens during this process? As it moves across the body, the bristle stimulates blood circulation and the lymphatic system, eliminates toxins, and exfoliates dead cells. With regular use, results will become noticeable quite soon — cellulite will be less pronounced, and the skin more firm and smooth.
Features of the Hhuumm No. 17 body massage brush:
– made from sturdy beech wood, densely packed with natural boar bristle;
– reduces the appearance of cellulite, fresh stretch marks, ingrown hairs, and rough patches on elbows, knees;
– helps eliminate toxins from the body;
– alleviates swelling and the feeling of heaviness in the limbs;
– contributes to overall relaxation, relieves fatigue;
– strengthens the skin, enhancing its elasticity and smoothness;
– accelerates metabolism, "boosts" lymph flow, stimulates blood circulation;
– removes dead skin cells, improving the absorption of creams and other cosmetics;
– not recommended for: irritations, visible inflammations, acne, psoriasis, wounds, fresh scars, varicose veins, and areas with moles.-
The brush strokes should be deliberate and smooth, with a wide and calm motion. Avoid pressing too softly, but also don't press too hard.
Begin with your legs. Move the brush from the bottom upwards, always directing it towards the heart. Start massaging from the feet to the knees, then from the knees to the groin/buttocks.
For the abdomen, switch from a gliding motion to a circular one. Massage in a clockwise direction.
Next, focus on the arms. Brush from the fingers to the elbows, then move up to the shoulders, finishing under the armpits or at the collarbones.
If needed or desired, you can also massage the neck, décolletage, and bust. Use circular motions or figure-eight patterns, moving from the neck down to the chest. When massaging the bust, make short strokes away from the nipples, avoiding them.
