Lancome Hypnose Doll Eyes Waterproof Waterproof Mascara

It doesn't remove anything at all. I bought a waterproof makeup remover, but I still have dark circles around my eyes. I even tried an oil-based remover. It's terrible! For this price, I might as well not have eyelashes at all. Plus, it doesn't make my eyelashes significantly longer. I am very disappointed. I used to always use the classic Hypnose mascara, which I loved. But this one is a complete disappointment.

I have very straight lashes, but this mascara keeps them curled all day without smudging. It also has a great scent. Recently, there was heavy snowfall, but everything stayed in place. I highly recommend it!

A few days ago, I ordered this mascara, but unfortunately, it turned out to be of poor quality. It is dry and flakes off easily. I want to alert potential buyers that it is not worth wasting money on. In my opinion, these are not genuine products but cheap imitations.

The mascara is dry and clumps the eyelashes together, providing very little length and volume unlike the waterproof Lancome mascara. It's a waste of money, as it is impossible to use.

This mascara is impossible to remove from the eyelashes with anything at all! It doesn't come off with any makeup remover and stays on the lashes like clumped wax hairs :)
Moreover, the application is not satisfactory. You need to apply the mascara in 6 layers just to get some kind of color payoff. There's no volume or lengthening effect whatsoever.
I only give it one star for the brand, unfortunately. There's nothing else to praise.

I bought this mascara almost accidentally, and it sat unused for a long time because I rarely need waterproof mascara. I have very straight lashes that don't hold a curl even after using a curler. After some time, I decided to use it during the rain and was incredibly surprised to discover that the curl lasted all day, it held it in place tightly. I don't know if the non-waterproof Lancome mascara has the same effect, but this one does an excellent job of fixing my lashes. I always remove my makeup with a hydrophilic oil, and it removes this mascara perfectly, you just need to work the oil a little more intensively on the lashes.

I like Lancome mascaras, but this one is just awful! After a month (maybe more) of purchasing it, I decided to write a review specifically for it. Maybe it will help someone. The only thing that's waterproof about it is that it's difficult to wash off. Of course, I use special products, but it smudges and flakes, even if you don't wash it off! If it rains, the weather is humid, or for no reason at all, there are black streaks under the eyes. So, what waterproofness are they talking about if it doesn't even fulfill that function? But, most importantly, as others have mentioned, it feels like there's hardly any mascara on the eyes - no effect of mascara-coated lashes. Although I'm not a fan of heavily coated lashes, here it doesn't matter if I apply it or not. Only downsides after applying it. The mascara is very greasy - sometimes the lashes stick together after application, even though I don't apply a lot. The lashes are in a terrible condition after using it, it feels like I applied resin ((( well, that's it. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone. But only this specific series, other Lancome mascaras from different series, for example, the non-waterproof ones, the classics, applied perfectly, I've been using them for years...

The mascara is excellent, just what I need - it doesn't come off with anything except Lancome Bi-Facil.

For those who say it's hard to remove, my question is why are you using waterproof mascara? I use the regular one and always carry a waterproof one in my makeup bag so I can stand under any temperature shower, go diving in the sea, put on or take off contact lenses, or even apply eye drops throughout the day. No matter how many hours I wear it, my lashes never end up looking like a panda or falling off. So either don't buy it if you don't know how to use it, or learn how to, because negative reviews about a waterproof mascara that is "difficult to remove" just look silly.

The waterproofness of this mascara is beyond doubt, as it withstands high humidity and rain without smudging or flaking. It is also easily removed with a two-phase makeup remover. I like that it is suitable for daytime makeup, as it applies a thin layer of mascara to each individual eyelash. I am very satisfied with it! Don't expect mega volume from it, unless you layer it three times, but one layer is enough for me as I prefer a natural effect in my everyday makeup. However, it dries quickly after application, which can be problematic. My only complaint about the mascara is that it is difficult to apply to the outer corners of my upper lashes, as I naturally have curled lashes. I have never had this issue with other mascaras. I can't call it perfect, but I definitely recommend this mascara!

The mascara stays on well, but I don't like how it applies. The first coat is barely visible, so I had to apply three coats just to meet my expectations. Overall, I would rate it a 3 out of 5 for its longevity.
