Dermomedica Retinolic 2% Retinol Cream is a special cream that provides firming and rejuvenating effects. Retinol, the active form of vitamin A, stimulates the restoration of the deep layers of the dermis, making it denser and more balanced. It regulates the pigmentation process, lightening age spots, and influences proper cell keratinization, contributing to the smoothing of the epidermis surface and reducing wrinkles. Moreover, thanks to the content of vitamin E and hyaluronic acid, this cream improves skin hydration levels and supports the proper function of the hydrolipidic barrier.
Features of Dermomedica Retinolic 2% Retinol Cream:
- contains retinol to stimulate cell renewal and reduce signs of aging;
- contributes to the improvement of skin texture and smoothing of wrinkles;
- helps fight pigmentation and uneven skin tone;
- maintains skin elasticity and firmness;
- designed to restore and maintain healthy skin.-
Night Cream. After completing a two-step cleansing routine, apply the cream and gently massage it into your skin. Wash your hands after application. Initially, use the cream twice a week, then gradually increase the frequency of use. The cream may cause significant peeling and skin irritation; if this occurs, increase the intervals between applications.
Do not use: during pregnancy (it can be used during breastfeeding), around the eyes, or if you have sensitive skin.
When undergoing retinol treatment, use zinc-based creams every morning: Dermomedica Antioxidant Mineral Cream SPF 30, Resveratrol Mineral Cream SPF 30, or Peptide Mineral Cream SPF 50 to enhance vitamin A metabolism in the skin and provide mineral sun protection.
If you have never used a retinol product before, it is recommended to start with: 0.05% Retinal Cream or 0.1% Retinol Cream, and then switch to 2% Retinol Cream.
If you are undergoing professional treatments, discontinue the use of the cream 4 days before the procedure and reintroduce it 4-7 days after the procedure, or follow your therapist's advice.
Topical retinoid treatment (if there are no contraindications) should last for 18-24 months.
