I ordered two of these, the first one for myself. Everything came packaged and intact, and I was satisfied. Today, the golden one arrived, which I bought as an addition to a gift for my mom, and not only was the package already opened, but it was also torn! It seems like someone had already rejected it and they decided to give it to someone else, and that "someone else" turned out to be me! I am offended! I threw it in the trash so that no one else would get it. I am attaching a photo!

Unfortunately, this product is made based on a hoop designed for a very small head. It does not fit comfortably on the average adult woman's head.
