Regular use of the mouthwash, twice a day after brushing your teeth, helps maintain gum health and prevents the accumulation of bacterial plaque.

Pour the proper dosage into a cup and dilute with warm water. Empty the cup into mouth. Swish for 30 seconds. During rinsing, gargle in your mouth. Spit the solution out in the sink. Do not swallow. Use over the course of two weeks daily, AM and PM.
Children from 6 to 12 years of age are recommended to use 10 ml of mouthwash. Adults are safe to use 15 ml.
