Strand Test: Performing a strand test is essential as it helps determine the time required for the product to work and checks the hair's resistance, indicating whether the hair is in good condition for transformation.
- Fine hair (5 to 25 minutes);
- Medium hair (15 to 35 minutes);
- Thick hair (20 to 45 minutes).
Never exceed 45 minutes!
For Non-Curly Hair: For curling/perming, you will need curlers (the size of the curl will depend on the diameter of the curlers) and special curling/perming paper.
1 - Divide already detangled hair into four sections using non-metallic clips.
2 - Protect your shoulders with a towel and put on gloves.
3 - Start with section 1. Divide the hair into thin strands. Beginning at the nape, apply HairLife Cacho&Natural Relaxing and Curling Cream using the back of a comb. Lightly comb from roots to mid-length. Avoid getting the product on the scalp and do not apply it to the strand used for the Strand Test.
4 - After applying HairLife Cacho&Natural Relaxing and Curling Cream to all strands in section 1, move on to the next sections, repeating the same procedure.
5 - Return to section 1 and use a comb to apply HairLife Cacho&Natural Relaxing and Curling Cream from roots to ends.
6 - Before moving to the next section, use your gloved fingers to pull the HairLife Cacho&Natural Relaxing and Curling Cream, applied from roots to ends, to ensure even distribution. After the processing time (as indicated by the strand test), rinse out all the HairLife Cacho&Natural Cream with plenty of water.
7 - Starting from the front, roll the hair on curlers, maintaining up to 2 cm from the roots. Place the curling paper on the ends of the strands. This process should take a maximum of 40 minutes. After curling all strands, wait for 20 minutes.
8 - Gently remove excess water with a towel and apply HairLife Cacho&Natural Neutralizer to each curler, waiting 10 minutes for the product to take effect.
9 - After the processing time, apply HairLife Cacho&Natural Neutralizer strand by strand to each curled section, ensuring all areas receive the HairLife Cacho&Natural Neutralizer, including the roots. Wait for 15 minutes and rinse with water, removing the curlers. Wash with your choice of Novex shampoo and condition the hair. Finish by using a diffuser or style as usual, avoiding the use of a comb.
Root Retouch: The time interval between application and retouching depends on hair growth - usually 60 days after application. Follow the previous application ritual, applying HairLife Cacho&Natural only to the roots (the part of the hair that has grown during this period, leaving 0.5 cm from the roots) without spreading to the lengths and ends, and without using curlers.
Curl Retouch: After 60 days of root retouching, you should retouch your curls/permanent wave. Follow the step-by-step instructions for HairLife Cacho&Natural.
Attention: For already curly hair, use the kit step by step. For long or voluminous hair, we recommend using two or more packages.
Apply the product 0.5 cm away from the roots. Do not apply if the scalp is irritated or damaged. This product should only be used as intended, as it is DANGEROUS if used otherwise. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water and SEEK MEDICAL HELP. Wear appropriate gloves. Do not use on children.
