I am writing here because I received this particular scent, although I ordered saffron from this brand. I actually have it! Moreover, it was supposed to come without a tester cap. I checked my order a hundred times when I placed it, so I couldn't have confused it! Either they changed my order or something else happened, because I immediately called the courier and he hadn't even left yet. He said there was no customer service center, but they told me it was included in my order! It's not just disrespectful, especially since I am a regular customer, but now I am probably a former one. This will be my last purchase here. Every time there is some kind of mistake, it's a shame. It's also a shame that they will delete this review because all negative reviews are deleted. They already called me once and said they would delete the review, well, whatever.
