Mary & May CICA Soothing Sun Cream SPF50+ PA++++ is a lightweight, soothing sunscreen based on a complex of fermented Centella and Chemical Filters, creating reliable protection against the harmful effects of the sun's rays, and also contributes to a soothing and softening effect.
The formula of the sunscreen is enriched with a fermented Cica complex (10,000ppm), which consists of Centella Asiatica and 6 types of its active ingredients (extracts). Centella Asiatica, known as Tiger Grass, has active healing, anti-inflammatory and regenerating properties, which will help relieve irritation and inflammation of the skin. Inositol or Vitamin B8 protects cells from environmental stress such as oxidative stress (UV radiation) and thermal stress (dehydration) by controlling the water balance of the skin. Betaine softens the surface of the skin and makes it silky. Niacinamide is a water-soluble vitamin B3 that is able to block the synthesis of melanin, which helps to reduce redness and age spots, evens out skin tone and gives radiance.
The sunscreen has a lightweight texture that is quickly absorbed and does not weigh down the skin, leaving no white residue or sticky feeling after application. All ingredients are EWG certified and safe to use. The dermatologically tested product does not contain harmful chemical components that can cause allergic reactions.
