The Lunette Reusable Menstrual Cup Model 2 offers a great eco-friendly and cost-effective alternative to tampons and sanitary pads. This product boasts numerous advantages, starting with its reusability. However, that’s just one of its benefits. With the Lunette menstrual cup, you don’t have to pause your life during your period, as it empowers you to continue with your activities. You can swim, run, sleep, and do everything you normally do. The cup is perfectly designed to adapt to your body and move with you, making it virtually unnoticeable. Inside the vagina, it creates a vacuum to collect the fluid without absorbing it, unlike tampons, which reduces the risk of fungal infections. Model 2 is suitable for women with heavy flow. If you typically change a medium or high absorbency tampon or pad every 2–4 hours (or even more frequently), this size is for you.

Before the first use, sterilize the cup in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Make sure to wash your hands with soap beforehand. Fold the cup. There are different folding methods you can try; choose the one that suits you best. Insert the folded cup and allow it to expand inside the vagina. After insertion, the cup will open with a characteristic suction or "pop" sound, indicating it is correctly positioned. If unsure, feel the bottom of the cup—it should be round or oval when properly installed. If you feel any dents or indentations, it means the cup hasn't fully opened. Gently hold the base of the cup (not the stem) and try rotating it to ensure a suction seal is formed. Once it is in place, try pulling slightly on the stem. If you feel resistance, the suction has been created, and the cup is successfully positioned!
