I have long hair that is slightly prone to dryness. I apply the spray to my hands first and then distribute it throughout the entire length of my hair (slightly damp after towel-drying), and then I blow dry it. The hair is smooth, not weighed down, not sticky, and has a nice shine. I also liked the shampoo, the scent is very pleasant and not overpowering. I will order more, the quality is worth the price.
