Apply to damp hair. For thick or dense curls, divide the hair into two or more sections to ensure even coverage. Massage the curl conditioner into your hair using your fingers, adding more conditioner and water in small amounts until your hair appears milky and makes a squishing sound when squeezed. Pay special attention to drier areas, such as the ends and the nape of the neck.
Rinse out partially or completely, depending on the pattern and texture of your curls. For drier and thicker curls, we recommend leaving the conditioner in. For looser curls and waves, experiment with rinsing out partially.
